How frequently do the filters need to be replaced? For the health of your furry friends, please change the filter every 1-2 weeks. You can find replacement filters online (search for B0C9TKC668 or B0CBK1FCYN). Please do not purchase unofficial "compatible" products to ensure the well-being of your pets.
What should I pay attention to about the pump? For the longevity of the pump, we kindly advise cleaning it once a week and maintaining the water level of the cat fountain at more than 1/3 of the tank capacity.
